As a UI/UX designer on a small team, I helped create a public-facing website for the client in order to help them communicate news and updates. I conducted user meetings while also managing content, creating web graphics, writing front end code, and collaborating with team members to create streamlined content.

As a UX researcher and designer, I assisted clients with redesigning old apps and site flows to incorporate WCAG guidelines and user-centered design. I conducted meetings and implemented Agile UX infrastructure, conducted research with users, created wireframes and mockups, and collaborated with developers to deliver a dynamic final product.

As UX Director, I assisted the tech team with redesigning their intranet site which staff used daily to record patient information into their electronic health record. This included reading user research, creating user-approved website layouts, and tasking developers to implement updated designs.

As a UX researcher at BJC, I assited the investment team in deciding the best course of action for their various business requests. This involved interviewing end users, participating in hospital site visits, and working with business analyst partners in order to present the best possible user-centric recommendation.
